Booking
Gnomik turns client interest into a confirmed appointment without a long “what time works for you?” thread.
After the first contact, you can send a booking link or invite a client to a specific time. Gnomik checks your available windows, helps the client choose a slot, creates the meeting in the right place, adds the online link, and keeps everyone oriented before the appointment.
For new clients, this removes the back-and-forth. For ongoing clients, it keeps the relationship stable: recurring slots, reschedules, time zones, reminders, and the small details that usually stay in your head.

Gnomik grew out of Alina Riaby’s private practice and the same patterns kept showing up in interviews with other independent specialists: chat-first intake, manual confirmations, separate meeting links, recurring clients, and payment reminders that no one enjoys sending.
