Gnomik Terms of Service

We wrote this to actu­ally be read­able. No legal mazes — just plain explan­a­tions of how Gnomik works, what we do with your data, and what we ask of you.

👋 What is Gnomik?

Gnomik is your Telegram-­based scheduling assist­ant. It helps you manage book­ings, send remind­ers, and track payments — so you can focus on your clients, not on admin work.

🔗 What we connect to

Gnomik works with two services you already use: Tele­gram (where you chat) and Google Calen­dar (where your schedule lives). Google Calendar is the real home of your data — Gnomik just reads and writes to it on your behalf.
If Google or Tele­gram has down­time, some features may be tempor­arily unavail­able. That's on them, not us.

🔒 Your data (and your clients' data)

We designed Gnomik with a simple rule: we don't hoard data.
When a client books with you, Gnomik briefly processes their name and Tele­gram handle to create a calendar event — and that's it. We don't build profiles, we don't log chats, and we don't store personal details on our servers. Everything lives in your Google Calen­dar, which you control.
One thing to keep in mind: if you work with clients in the EU or other regions with privacy laws like GDPR, you're respons­ible for making sure your use of Gnomik is compli­ant.

💸 Payments — we track, we don't touch

Gnomik can generate invoice links and track whether you've been paid. But here's the important part: we never touch your money. We're not a bank, not a payment processor, and funds never pass through us.
You're respons­ible for making sure your payment details like bank info are correct. We can't reverse a payment or resolve a dispute between you and a client.

🧑‍💼 Your responsibilities

By using Gnomik, you agree to a few simple things:

  • You're respons­ible for the profes­sional services you offer your clients.
  • You won't use Gnomik for spam, illegal services, or anything harm­ful.
  • You're author­ized to connect your Google Calendar to the bot.

⚡ Service availability

We work hard to keep Gnomik running smoothly, but like any soft­ware, things can occa­sion­ally go wrong. Gnomik is provided "as is" — we'll always try to notify you of major changes via the bot itself. We look forward to build a dedic­ated avail­ab­ility page for Gnomik and will add info on this as soon as it’s done.

⚖️ Liability

If something goes wrong — a missed book­ing, a Google outage, a payment sent to the wrong address — we're not liable for losses that result from using (or not being able to use) Gnomik. We know that sounds a bit harsh in writ­ing, but it's a standard protec­tion for a small product like ours.

🚪 Leaving Gnomik

Want to stop using Gnomik? Just revoke its Google Calendar access and remove the bot from Tele­gram. That's it — no hoops to jump through.
We can also suspend access if these Terms are seri­ously viol­ated, but we'd always talk to you first.
